Amazon CEO Andy Jassy has a message to employees who don\u2019t want to return to the office: \u201cIt\u2019s not going to work out for you.\u201d That\u2019s according to a report from Insider<\/em><\/a>, which says Jassy made that statement during a meeting earlier this month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n That clearly hasn\u2019t changed Amazon\u2019s position on the matter. In a recording of the meeting obtained by Insider<\/em>, Jassy told workers, \u201cIt\u2019s past the time to disagree and commit,\u201d adding that \u201cif you can\u2019t disagree and commit… it\u2019s probably not going to work out for you at Amazon because we are going back to the office at least three days a week.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Jassy reportedly said his decision to have employees return to the office was a \u201cjudgment call\u201d and that employees can leave if they don\u2019t want to comply. \u201cIt\u2019s not right for all of our teammates to be in three days a week and for people to refuse to do so,\u201d Jassy stated. The Verge<\/em> reached out to Amazon with a request for comment but didn\u2019t immediately hear back.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
