Robyn Brown<\/strong><\/a> is the last of Kody Brown<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s sister wives still standing, but she doesn\u2019t always feel like No. 1 in the family.<\/p>\n

During the Sunday, August 27, episode of Sister Wives<\/a>,<\/em> Robyn, 44, was left disheartened after unsuccessfully trying to set up a Zoom call with Christine Brown<\/strong><\/a> and Janelle Brown<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s children to organize a holiday gift exchange<\/a> between the siblings.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was pushing for the video chat for the sake of the kids,\u201d Robyn said in a confessional, claiming that she faced \u201call this pushback\u201d and felt like giving up. \u201cI just finally went, \u2018Why am I trying here?\u2019 \u2026 Here it is, just another reaffirmation of all the messages that we\u2019re getting that we\u2019re the outsiders and we\u2019re on the other side [of the family].\u201d<\/p>\n

Christine, 51, told the cameras that the situation was \u201cblown out of proportion\u201d and brought up \u201call these hurt feelings\u201d from the past several years. Janelle, 54, meanwhile, declared her kids weren\u2019t \u201copposed to\u201d the video call but lead busy lives.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tStill going strong! Kody Brown\u2018s family has shifted significantly over the years, but his marriage to Robyn Brown has stood the test of time. The couple entered a spiritual union in May 2010. Robyn was previously married to David Jessop from 1999 to 2007, and the former couple share three children: son David \u201cDayton\u201d and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cEverybody was trying to deflect, but it just kept spiraling,\u201d Janelle added.<\/p>\n

Kody, 54, chimed in with his own perspective on the drama, asserting that he didn\u2019t want to \u201cpick sides one way or the other.\u201d Robyn, for her part, was nearly moved to tears as she reflected on the \u201chorrible day.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just another example of them not wanting to be a family with us,\u201d she claimed. \u201cIt\u2019s been like this from the beginning. By the time the whole thing was over with, my older kids \u2026 did not feel comfortable being involved in the gift exchange anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robyn was already the mother of son Dayton and daughters Breanna and Aurora when she began her romance with Kody<\/a> in 2010. Four years later, Kody ended his legal union with Meri Brown<\/strong><\/a> in order to lawfully wed Robyn and adopt her kids<\/a>. He and Robyn later welcomed son Solomon and daughter Ariella.<\/p>\n

Kody remained in a spiritual relationship<\/a> with Meri, 52, until the pair confirmed earlier this year that they officially called it quits. Christine and Janelle previously announced their splits from Kody<\/a> in November 2021 and December 2022, respectively.<\/p>\n

The gift exchange debacle was \u201cheartbreaking\u201d for Robyn and her kids, but she said through tears that they \u201crefuse to be\u201d on the outskirts of the plural brood.<\/p>\n

While Janelle hinted on Sunday\u2019s episode that \u201cmaybe there were always cracks\u201d between the wives, Robyn claimed she wasn\u2019t treated fairly<\/a> at the outset of her relationship with Kody.<\/p>\n
