She stayed strong throughout her pregnancy with modified workouts<\/a> and continued to be dedicated to her routine<\/a>. That being said, the Texas native didn\u2019t sweat her changing body.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOne of the most important things I have taken from pregnancy is, GIVE YOURSELF SOME GRACE!!!\u201d she wrote via Instagram while sharing videos of her workout. \u201cUnderstand your body is changing, you\u2019re growing a whole human inside of you, so do not be so hard on yourself!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The former pro soccer player didn\u2019t hold back when it came to rude comments about her growing bump. She was quick to clap back<\/a> when people made \u201chateful\u201d remarks about her body<\/a> after she shared photos of her maternity shoot with Patrick.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWell, ladies, not trying to look \u2018skinny\u2019 in my maternity pics, I\u2019m very pregnant and not trying to make myself not look pregnant,\u201d Brittany responded to comments. \u201cWomen being hateful to other women on social media seriously needs to stop! If you have nothing nice to say, THEN STFU.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Three weeks after giving birth to her daughter, Brittany shared a photo of herself rocking a thong bikini<\/a> while vacationing in Arizona. While the protective mama doesn\u2019t mind sharing pictures of her fit figure, it will be a while before she publicly posts Sterling\u2019s face<\/a> on social media.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe will share photos of her when we [feel] the time is right,\u201d Brittany said on her Instagram Story following her daughter\u2019s birth. \u201cI know the internet will instantly take the photos of her and share everywhere so just preparing myself for my newborn baby girl to be shared to the world! Right now, we are just soaking in every minute with her.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Brittany and Patrick, who are high school sweethearts<\/a>, got engaged in September 2020<\/a> after nearly eight years of dating. Less than a month later, they revealed Brittany\u2019s pregnancy.
