Alyssa proved that she had no problem with confrontation while standing up to her fellow Blue Team member Tori Deal<\/strong><\/a> during the third round of nominations. After Tori, 30, expressed frustration with her teammates for putting her game in jeopardy by voting for Jonna Stephens<\/strong><\/a> (n\u00e9e Mannion) to go into the arena with her, Alyssa replied: \u201cMaybe you need to not think about it as so direct and think more strategically of, \u2018Maybe people wanted Jonna out.\u2019 Maybe it\u2019s not always about you.\u201d<\/p>\nDespite the tense moment with Tori, Alyssa told Us<\/em> that there was no personal beef<\/a> with her and the Challenge<\/em> veteran. \u201cI slept right next to her, so I don\u2019t think there was [bad blood] unless she was saying things behind my back,\u201d she said. \u201cI don\u2019t take the game personally, so I\u2019m still going to be the nice person I am and still talk with people, still have conversations and hang out.\u201d<\/p>\nIt was ultimately Tori\u2019s secret vote that led to Alyssa\u2019s elimination. During Thursday\u2019s episode, Challenge vets Tori, Johnny \u201cBananas\u201d Devenanzio<\/strong><\/a>, Cory Wharton<\/strong><\/a>, Faysal Shafaat<\/strong> <\/a>and Josh Martinez<\/strong> <\/a>decided to employ \u201cOperation Hat Trick\u201d by putting five names in a hat and randomly picking which person they\u2019d each vote to send into elimination.
