\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Josh Groban<\/strong><\/a> and Annaleigh Ashford<\/strong><\/a>, the lead performers of Broadway\u2019s smash hit Sweeney Todd<\/em><\/strong> revival, will both miss performances this week as they\u2019ve tested positive for COVID-19.<\/p>\n There has been a surge of cases in New York City and it sadly has affected the cast of the Broadway show.<\/p>\n Josh<\/strong> has been out of the show since Thursday (August 17) while Annaleigh<\/strong> has been out since Tuesday (August 22). Josh<\/strong> will be back in the show on August 24 while Annaleigh<\/strong>\u2018s return date is unknown at the moment.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Annaleigh<\/strong> told fans on Instagram, \u201cHi friends! To anyone planning on seeing @sweeneytoddbway: I have unfortunately tested positive for Covid. I can\u2019t wait to see you all again soon.\u201d<\/p>\n Josh <\/strong>updated fans on Wednesday and said, \u201cBack on Fleet Street tomorrow (Thursday)!!
