\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Nia Long<\/strong><\/a> is taking ex-fianc\u00e9 Ime Udoka<\/strong><\/a> to court.<\/p>\n On Monday (August 14), the 52-year-old You People<\/em> actress filed for legal and physical custody of 11-year-old son Kez<\/strong>, claiming that 46-year-old NBA coach \u201chas failed\u201d to support their child.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n In her filing, Nia<\/strong> requested that Ime<\/strong> have \u201creasonable visitation\u201d that is \u201cconsistent with the child\u2019s best interest,\u201d according to documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n ET<\/em> has also reported that Ime<\/strong> has not responded to the petition and that the judge has not yet made a decision to Nia<\/strong>\u2018s request.<\/p>\n The filing comes eight months after Nia<\/strong> and Ime<\/strong> ended their 13-year relationship<\/a> in December 2022. The two had been engaged since 2015 and welcomed Kez<\/strong> in 2011.<\/p>\n The split came after Ime<\/strong> was suspended by the Boston Celtics last September for an alleged affair with a female subordinate<\/a> within the team\u2019s organization.<\/p>\n In February 2023, Ime<\/strong> parted ways with the Celtics and in April 2023, he was hired as head coach by the Houston Rockets.<\/p>\n Nia<\/strong> also slammed the Celtics<\/a> for making Ime<\/strong>\u2018s alleged affair public.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
