Teen Mom 2<\/em><\/a> alum Chelsea Houska<\/strong><\/a> has remained committed to her workout routine and healthy eating habits after welcoming four children<\/a> over the years.<\/p>\n The HGTV star \u2014 Houska and husband Cole DeBoer<\/strong>\u2019s home renovation show, Down Home Fab<\/a>,<\/em> premiered on the network in January 2023 \u2014 gave birth to her eldest daughter, Aubree, in September 2009. The milestone was captured on the South Dakota native\u2019s 16 and Pregnant<\/em> episode in 2010. Houska was 18 years old when she welcomed Aubree, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind<\/strong><\/a>. The Aubree Says founder went on to give birth to son Watson in 2017, followed by daughter Layne one year later and daughter Walker in 2021. Houska shares her youngest three children with DeBoer, whom she married in 2016.<\/p>\n Throughout 10 seasons of Teen Mom 2<\/em>, viewers watched the Lauriebelles designer transform from a teenager to a mom of four. Not only did Houska hit milestone after milestone during her time on the MTV hit \u2014 getting her GED, becoming an esthetician, marrying DeBoer<\/a> and more \u2014 she also kept fans in the loop about her weight loss.<\/p>\n In 2013, Houska posted a rare snap of herself in a bikini via Instagram, showing off her tanned and toned figure.
