\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Jana Kramer<\/strong><\/a> is currently pregnant with her third child and in a new Q&A with fans on Instagram<\/a>, opened up about how she\u2019s doing with nausea and morning sickness.<\/p>\n The 39-year-old singer and former One Tree Hill<\/em> star is expecting her first child<\/a> with fiance Allan Russell<\/strong><\/a>. She has two older children with her ex, Mike Caussin<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n In addition to talking to fans about her nausea, Jana <\/strong>also shared what she\u2019s been eating this time around.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s wild how different pregnancies are,\u201d she told fans. \u201cIn the first trimester, I couldn\u2019t really stomach anything but a bagel and cream cheese and now the thought of a bagel and cream cheese makes me want to vomit.\u201d<\/p>\n Jana <\/strong>went on, saying that with this pregnancy, sugar is off the table.<\/p>\n \u201cI can\u2019t eat any sweets or my stomach hurts. I\u2019m still nauseous throughout the day but it\u2019s worse at night and morning.\u201d<\/p>\n She also explained that she has actually had morning sickness throughout her entire pregnancy before: \u201c[It] was the same with Jace. With Jolie it stopped at 17 weeks.<\/p>\n As for what she\u2019s eating to help stop the nausea, it\u2019s anything cold.<\/p>\n \u201cAlso I just want salads all the time [and] things that are not too heavy,\u201d she wrote in her response. \u201cI really wish I could eat fries or warm things but that sounds awful to me. Also I can\u2019t drink flat water or that makes me want to puke too. So, I have lots of bubbly [water].\u201d<\/p>\n Later on in the Q&A, Jana<\/strong> also opened up about her plans to have a scheduled C-section.<\/p>\n \u201cAll I can pray for is a healthy baby and a smooth delivery,\u201d she said. \u201cThe reality is I can\u2019t control the outcomes or what\u2019s going to happen so when I get fearful or start to panic, I just need to pray and be positive that it\u2019s all going to be OK.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cTo roominate [sic] on what-ifs only further cause anxiety when it\u2019s not in my hands. \u2026 I will be blessed though to have the calm presence of Allan with me through it all.\u201d<\/p>\n Jana <\/strong>and Allan <\/strong>went Instagram official<\/a> earlier this year.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
