The reality TV icon shared an Instagram selfie showing her trim waistline and flat stomach on Thursday, August 17, and some fans in the comments accused her of taking the weight loss drug<\/a> due to her svelte appearance. Even\u00a0her hairstylist,\u00a0Chris Appleton<\/strong>, gushed that she was \u201cSKINNY\u201d next to the snapshot.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m actually never free, I just make time,\u201d Kim, 42, captioned the picture which appeared to be taken in her private airplane\u2019s bathroom, showing the entrepreneur wearing a white bra top and low-slung pink sweatpants pulled down past her hips.<\/p>\n One fan in the comments claimed, \u201cthe ozempic is ozempicking!\u201d while another called the reality star an \u201cOzempic queen.\u201d A follower added, \u201cI think they\u2019re all on ozempic,\u201d after several of her family members have faced similar accusations following weight loss.<\/p>\n Others had issue with how Kim seemed to be lacking hips in the selfie. \u201cPhoto shop FAIL,\u201d one fan commented while another added, \u201c<\/span>Photo shopped, you cut to much off on the right side.\u201d One person asked Kim, \u201cIs your hip ok???\u201d while another stated, \u201cThis looks very odd to me.\u201d A fellow user responded to that comment by writing, \u201cright side waist has been photoshopped. That\u2019s why it looks so odd.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Kim has been vocal about how her devotion to healthy eating and exercise transformed her figure. When she lost 16 pounds in three weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe\u2019s \u201cnaked\u201d dress for the 2022 Met Gala<\/a>,\u00a0The Kardashians<\/em> star said she \u201cdidn\u2019t do anything unhealthy\u201d to achieve her target. Kim did twice daily runs that included wearing a sauna suit to sweat away the pounds and ate a clean diet.<\/p>\n In a 2022 interview, Kim confessed, \u201cI cut out sugar, junk food and fried foods from my diet,\u201d while adding that she gets up daily for grueling 5 a.m. workouts, as she maintained her slimmed-down figure in the months following the Met Gala.
