The 41-year-old \u2018Toxic\u2019 singer\u2019s partner filed for divorce from her on Wednesday (16.08.23) and friends have now told how she apparently hurled blades in the house she shared with the personal trainer-turned actor. <\/p>\n
One source told The Sun: \u201cHer behaviour has become concerning and everyone is worried about her.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe has been acting increasingly erratic and is in a vulnerable state.<\/p>\n
“Sam was bearing the brunt and it proved too much. It\u2019s all plunged to a new low and is sad to see.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnother insider told the publication: \u201cShe\u2019s very volatile, always ranting and shouting at the staff over minor things and making ridiculous demands.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cThere\u2019s smashed glass all over the house because Britney will just throw things.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe has a weird obsession with knives. She has been throwing them at the walls and hiding them down the sofa.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt is as though she is paranoid someone is after her and she needs the knives as protection.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnother source told US showbiz website TMZ there were knives all over the house, including in the couple\u2019s bedroom.<\/p>\n
\nThey added: \u201cBritney tended to fly off the handle at the smallest slight and that terrified Sam.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nBritney\u2019s sister Jamie-Lynn Spears, 32, said in her autobiography in January that Britney could be \u201cparanoid and erratic\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nBritney\u2019s friends \u2013 including Madonna, 65, Paris Hilton, 42, and 31-year-old Selena Gomez \u2013 have all stood by the singer by unfollowing Sam on social media.<\/p>\n
\nSinger Pink, 43, also changed the lyrics to her 2001 single \u2018Don\u2019t Let Me Get Me\u2019 to brand Britney \u201csweet\u201d during a performance in Detroit.<\/p>\n
\nCourt documents filed on Thursday (17.08.23) have revealed Sam was asking Britney for spousal support and to cover his lawyer\u2019s fees, but he has denied via his representative he would be challenging a pre-nuptial agreement he and Britney signed ahead of their wedding 14 months ago.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
