Lizzo<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s \u201cBig Grrl\u201d and \u201cBig Boiiis\u201d dancers have praised the singer in a new open letter amid continued legal proceedings.<\/p>\n Last month, it was revealed that the singer is being sued<\/a> by three of her former dancers, who cite accusations of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.<\/p>\n Crystal Williams<\/strong>, Arianna Davis<\/strong>, and Noelle Rodriguez<\/strong> have accused Lizzo of creating a hostile work environment and engaging in sexual harassment, among other allegations. Her dance team captain Shirlene Quigley and production company Big Grrrl Big Touring Inc. are also named as defendants in the suit.<\/p>\n Lizzo then responded and said she was \u201churt\u201d by the \u201csensationalized\u201d accusations<\/a> and has hired Marty Singer<\/strong>, the lawyer who has worked on recent cases against Jonah Hill<\/strong>, Johnny Depp<\/strong>, Bill Cosby<\/strong>, and more.<\/p>\n After the conclusion of Lizzo\u2019s \u2018Special Tour,\u2019 her remaining dancers \u2013 known as the \u2018Big Grrrls\u2019 and \u2018Big Boiiis\u2019 \u2013 have shared a statement praising the singer<\/a>.<\/p>\n The statement thanked Lizzo for \u201c[creating] a platform where we have been able to parallel our Passion with a purpose.<\/p>\n \u201cWe had the time of our lives on The Special Tour,\u201d it added. \u201cWe have been so honoured to share the stage with such amazing talent,\u201d the letter stated. \u201cThe commitment to character and culture taking precedence over every movement and moment has been one of the Greatest lessons and Blessings that we could possibly could ask for.\u201d<\/p>\n It praised Lizzo for \u201cshattering limitations and kicking in the door way for the Big Grrrl & Big Boiii Dancers to do what we love\u2026 Not only for Us, but for Woman and All people breaking barriers.\u201d<\/p>\n![\"Lizzo](\"https:\/\/socialitelife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/lizzo-photos-2023.08.18-1-1160x1740.jpg\")
