(Cooper is not Jewish.)<\/p>\n<p>A joint statement from Jamie, Alexander and Nina Bernstein, the conductor\u2019s children, reads, \u201cIt breaks our hearts to see any misrepresentations or misunderstandings of [Cooper\u2019s] efforts. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt happens to be true that Leonard Bernstein had a nice, big nose. Bradley chose to use makeup to amplify his resemblance, and we\u2019re perfectly fine with that.
