Summer House\u2019s<\/em><\/a> Kyle Cooke<\/strong><\/a> isn\u2019t buying Bethenny Frankel\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> intentions regarding her podcast interview with Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe irony of it all: Bethenny cashing in ads as she \u2018exposes Bravo exploits\u2019 and gives Rachel \u2018a voice,\u2019\u201d Cooke, 41, commented on a post<\/a> from Two Judgey Girls on Instagram on Thursday, August 17. \u201cShe literally has more ad spots than any other podcast I\u2019ve ever listened to. Rachel won\u2019t see a dime lol. I bet she had to pay her way to fly to B just to record this. If this was a true PSA it would be ad free.\u201d<\/p>\n During her three-part podcast appearance, Leviss, 28, opened up to Frankel, 52, for the first time since she completed mental health treatment at a center in Arizona. Leviss explained that she chose to go on Frankel\u2019s podcast because she\u2019s using \u201cher case as an example of exploitation\u201d<\/a> in the world of reality TV. (Frankel has also been outspoken about how reality TV stars don\u2019t get royalties<\/a>.)<\/p>\n \u201c[The backlash] seemed disproportionate to me,\u201d Frankel told Leviss of the commentary surrounding the SURver\u2019s months-long affair with Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cI was watching clips on social media and hearing about this Scandoval \u2014 that had a name, was being marketed and it was being pumped through the PR machine. And I did say \u2026 \u2018Everybody\u2019s gonna be more well known than they were before because of this.\u2019 And my mind was, \u2018They\u2019re on a reality show. It\u2019s set in a bar, is what I think. It\u2019s fueled by alcohol and partying and multiple affairs. So what respectfully, what the hell is the big deal that everyone\u2019s talking about?\u2019 \u2026 And I said your name just as an example of what I imagined to be somebody who had been exploited. And for the rest of your life, that content will be out there without compensation.\u201d<\/p>\n Leviss also shared that the Bravo network has been \u201claughing\u201d and \u201crunning to the bank\u201d to profit off of the success of the show in light of the scandal.<\/p>\n \u201cI haven\u2019t seen a single penny. \u2026 It\u2019s not fair. \u2026 And I feel like I\u2019ve been portrayed as the ultimate villain,\u201d Leviss explained. \u201cMy mistakes that I\u2019ve made on camera live on forever. And you mentioned something about the addiction of doing reality TV and the way and the way that they always dangle that carrot in front of you, like, \u2018Well, you need to tell your side of the story otherwise it\u2019s gonna be written for you.\u2019 And that\u2019s terrifying. So I almost went back, I know just because of that.\u201d<\/p>\n Frankel went on to say that Leviss deserved a bigger paycheck<\/a> after her affair brought the network so much more success.<\/p>\n \u201cAs people who are partially produced \u2026 Let\u2019s just say that it\u2019s real in a very unreal circumstance.
