Amanda Batula<\/strong><\/a> isn\u2019t thrilled with the way strangers have been offering her unsolicited advice \u2014 especially when it comes to her body.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cComments on this post are WILD. Is everyone OK today?\u201d Batula, 32, wrote via Instagram Story on Tuesday, August 15, alongside a selfie of her posing in a strapless white top<\/a> by the pool.<\/p>\n

Batula clapback came after several followers offered their opinion on Batula\u2019s weight<\/a> in the comments section. .<\/p>\n

\u201cYou need to gain a little bit of weight. You look[ed] so much prettier last year,\u201d one social media user wrote. They subsequently walked back their statement after receiving backlash, adding, \u201cPlease disregard my comment. It wasn\u2019t intended to be that way. My apologies. I like Amanda! She is one of the reasons why I watched Summer House! She is a beautiful lady inside and out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Batula also received an outpouring of support from her fellow Bravo stars. Her husband, Kyle Cooke<\/strong><\/a>, replied \u201cmy loves,\u201d referring to Batula and the Loverboy can in the second snap.<\/p>\n

Venita Aspen<\/strong><\/a>, who appears on Southern Charm<\/em><\/a>, wrote, \u201cPretty girl \ud83d\ude0d.\u201d<\/p>\n

Batula has been candid about how getting off birth control affected her body, addressing speculation about her weight loss<\/a> following season 7 of Summer House<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no eating disorder, and I think when people accuse me of that, it\u2019s harmful to people who have had food issues,\u201d she told Glamour in May.<\/p>\n

Batula and Cooke also appear on the spinoff series, Winter House<\/em><\/a>. She previously admitted to Us Weekly<\/em> that she wasn\u2019t \u201creally expecting to talk about\u201d her hormonal complications<\/a> on screen.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt would\u2019ve been, you know, really disheartening to immediately go off [birth control] and start trying and be hitting all these hurdles. But right now, we\u2019re still not ready,\u201d Batula, who didn\u2019t get her period for months after going off birth control, exclusively told Us<\/em> in December 2022. \u201cWe\u2019re very busy and very happy with our work and our dogs. When we are ready, my body will hopefully be ready as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cooke, 41, for his part, applauded his wife for her honesty<\/a> about their road to parenthood.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to say too much on her behalf because this is her own story,\u201d the Loverboy founder shared with Us<\/em> in February. \u201cWhen she went off [her birth control], she lost a bunch of weight, but her body didn\u2019t go back to regulating. It was kind of concerning. I think she kind of started to get in her own head as one might when you start wondering like, \u2018What are the ramifications here?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cAlso, all the hormonal changes \u2026 she was, like, breaking out. And I gave her so much respect because I would\u2019ve been so self-conscious. Her hormones were just going crazy. I just had so much respect because I don\u2019t think I would\u2019ve had the balls [to be on camera]. I was like, \u2018Wow, you are a trooper.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
