The \u2018Liar\u2019 actor, 49, made the accusation against 55-year-old Alice as their custody battle over their girls Ella, 13, and her sister Elsie, nine, grows increasingly bitter. <\/p>\n
Court documents filed in Los Angeles obtained by the Daily Mail show Ioan said: \u201cAlice has continued to inflict serious emotional harm on Ella and Elsie by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them. <\/p>\n
\u201cAlice has verbally abused and undermined me in front of the girls throughout their lives. <\/p>\n
\u201cSince January 2021, Alice has also encouraged and instructed them not to see me or communicate with me. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe has made thousands of threatening and abusive communications to me and about me.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nIoan obtained a restraining order in August 2022 against Alice after he walked out on her after a 14-year marriage before he moved in with his current girlfriend Bianca Wallace, 29. <\/p>\n
\nHe is now claiming Alice has \u201cviolated the restraining order repeatedly and continues to do so to this day\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nIt emerged in July their daughter Ella has files a restraining order against him, which he now blames on Alice, and he has accused her of stopping their girls attending counselling. <\/p>\n
\nHe added in the new court filing: \u201cAlthough there is an order for the girls to attend therapy, Alice has repeatedly either refused to bring the girls or interfered with my bringing the girls to therapy. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cSince separation, the girls have missed more therapy session than they have attended and they have had multiple therapists. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cI believe Alice\u2019s actions are child abuse and I am gravely concerned for our children.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nAlice has denied abusing or harming her daughters and claimed in court documents Ioan has \u201cnot seen, complied with, nor called the children for 11 weeks\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI do not agree to have the children and ourselves be subjected to a prolonged and expensive child custody evaluation if it\u2019s based on the speculation and conjecture of the petitioner’s suspicions. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cPetitioner says he believes the kids are suffering serious emotional harm but show no proof of any symptoms experienced by our girls to support those accusations. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cPetitioner has his visitation schedule and has the ability to freely call the kids but has for whatever reason not done so. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cGiven his silence and lack of effort to have a relationship with the children, I do not believe petitioner has shown a need or urgency for appointment of a child custody evaluator.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nIoan announced in January 2021 his and Alice\u2019s marriage was over and he went public with his new romance with Bianca in October that year. <\/p>\n
\nAlice last year risked violating her restraining order by appearing to mention Bianca in a social media post that said she was being \u201cgaslit\u201d and saying \u201cB is so slim\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nIoan has accused her in court papers of verbally abusing him during their 14-year marriage, and said Alice made \u201cfun of my appearance\u201d by telling him he was losing his hair and telling him he had \u201csaggy-vagina eyes\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nBoth Ioan and Alice say they are struggling for money, and their $2 million marital home in Los Angeles was last month sold at the actor\u2019s request after he said he no longer had the funds to pay for it \u2013 leaving Alice and the children to move to a new rented address. <\/p>\n
\nIoan now lives in Los Angeles with Bianca, who has multiple sclerosis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
