Over the past few months, multiple surveys have confirmed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just aren\u2019t as popular as they used to be<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were never terribly well-liked in the UK, but throughout 2023, a surprising new<\/em> trend has emerged, as the couple\u2019s popularity has been on decline among Americans<\/em> since at least January.<\/p>\n

That was the month when Harry\u2019s memoir <\/a>was published, and the Sussexes\u2019 recent PR struggles seem to stem largely from the public\u2019s mixed reaction to the book.<\/p>\n

The situation has been exacerbated by other mini-scandals, including the ongoing skepticism surrounding Harry and Meghan\u2019s claim that they were chased through through the streets of Manhattan<\/a> by a fleet of paparazzi vehicles.<\/p>\n
