Rita Ora<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her home life.<\/p>\n The 32-year-old \u201cPraising You\u201d superstar got candid in the latest edition of WSJ. Magazine<\/a><\/em>, out now.<\/p>\n During the conversation, Rita discussed her morning routine, including her beauty tips, as well as what her experience was like on Love Island<\/em>, what she\u2019s dragged husband Taika Waititi<\/strong><\/a> into doing, and much more.<\/p>\n Find out what Rita Ora<\/strong> had to say\u2026<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n On what time she wakes up on Mondays, and the first thing she does after waking up: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cRoughly 9 o\u2019 clock. I get up, brush my teeth and go straight to the gym. I usually exercise five to six times a week.\u201d<\/p>\n On exercise:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI do about three days of weights and cardio, and then I do two days of Pilates, which is more like my version of a day off but it\u2019s still intense.\u201d<\/p>\n On her beauty routine:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t use any face wash in the morning, just water. Then I put on all my products: my day serum, my SPF tint and a really light moisturizer. It\u2019s all about hydration and looking sort of shiny and healthy.\u201d<\/p>\n On what she does on Mondays to set her up for the week ahead: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI write my week out on a whiteboard so I can really see what I need to achieve. It\u2019s really big for me to visualize what I\u2019m doing.\u201d<\/p>\n On favorite memories from making her new album: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI was just so happy and proud of it that I was playing people things that weren\u2019t even finished, which is usually not what I do. This time around, it felt better to play people rough things and that was really exciting, looking at their faces.\u201d<\/p>\n On how she would describe the personality of her new album:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMature, artistic, fun. There\u2019s a song, \u2018That Girl,\u2019 and it\u2019s about really understanding that you can always have that kid in you. It\u2019s more mature, definitely wiser, but fun and vibrant.\u201d<\/p>\n On getting Fatboy Slim to agree to remake \u201cPraise You\u201d for her album: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI just didn\u2019t really stop. I knew he would be very, very protective over it. He loved my vision, because it wasn\u2019t trying to copy his version. It was just respecting it.\u201d <\/p>\n On being a frequent crossword clue: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMy dad has this chess club, and they love doing crossword puzzles. There\u2019s this huge population of Albanians and Kosovans in New York City, and they send him pictures all the time of crossword puzzles. I wonder why my name\u2019s being used so much. I don\u2019t do them as often, but I love it. It\u2019s a huge compliment\u2026if you\u2019re reading this and you make the crossword puzzles, continue, because it makes me feel really, really important.\u201d <\/p>\n On performing in an episode of Love Island<\/em>, and whether she is a fan of the show: <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI love the show. It was so much better before when they were doing so much stuff and had a smoking area and they were all just talking about each other. It\u2019s such a great distraction for me in my life. I\u2019m a huge reality buff.\u201d<\/p>\n On what it was like to be in the famous villa:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThey were so surprised that I knew who they were. I was like, \u2018Oh, my God, Jess<\/strong>!\u2019 I knew all their names and they were just shocked. At one point I think the producer had to come in and just be like, \u2018Can you guys just try and relax and be normal?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n On her secret when it comes to shopping for d\u00e9cor:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m really proud of my house. I\u2019m actually sitting in it right now looking out at the garden. First of all, I\u2019m all for finding a good price tag, a great bargain. It\u2019s not all about how expensive something is, it\u2019s about the time period and quality. Because this house was so old, it was really important for me to bring furniture in that felt like it matched the house.\u201d<\/p>\n On an example of something she\u2019s dragged Taika into that he ended up enjoying:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cHealth stuff, like in the sauna. In the morning, I go to the gym and I sit in the sauna but I don\u2019t think he used to have the patience for that. He\u2019d probably say it differently, but I think he\u2019s starting to enjoy that 40 minutes of calmness where you just have to sit with yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n On her most prized possession:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cProbably my mum\u2019s engagement ring. She gave it to me when I got married. It was a really thoughtful gift.\u201d<\/p>\n On the one piece of advice that she\u2019s gotten that\u2019s been important to her:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s not that bad. Like, this too shall pass.
