After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,\u201d Pivarnick\u2019s lawyer, James Leonard Jr., <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/08\/09\/angelina-pivarnick-calls-cops-on-fiance-vinny-tortorella\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told Page Six in a statement<\/a>, adding:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis matter is now closed. Moving forward, Angelina would ask for privacy as it pertains to her personal life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vinny\u2019s attorney, meanwhile, also confirmed that something unfortunate transpired, but confirmed that the engagement is very much still on.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred,\u201d this lawyer said in a statement of her own.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo charges have been pressed against my client by Ms. Pivarnick or law enforcement.
