Will Kopelman<\/a>, 45, and has admitted she is a strict mum when it comes to monitoring their use of electronics.<\/p>\nShe told Better Homes and Gardens magazine: \u201cWe watch a ton of movies and shows so I\u2019m not judging anyone about screens.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut when it comes to my kids, I\u2019m not a huge fan of personal electronics, like iPads.<\/p>\n
\u201cDuring the pandemic when schools were virtual we were forced into all being on our separate devices and I didn\u2019t like it.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cNow, I keep the iPads in a locked safe and they only come out for special occasions.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nBut Drew admitted she loves when \u201cthe three of us all pile into my bed and watch together\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nShe also said she finds amusement for her girls anywhere they go as she has not gotten them used to being hooked on their screens.<\/p>\n
\nThe actress added: \u201cEven if we\u2019re just at a restaurant, I pour out the contents of my bag \u2013 my camera, my crossword puzzle, my lip balm, my book, a deck of cards \u2013 and we\u2019re right at home.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDrew added about her other preferences at home: \u201cI can\u2019t bear to see a sharp edge in my space. I look at it and think, that corner could take out somebody\u2019s eyeball! Even my kitchen island has a soft edge.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe \u2018Never Been Kissed\u2019 actress has said she\u2019s gone through a \u201chard\u201d time raising her kids in the public eye. <\/p>\n
\nDuring an episode of her \u2018The Drew Barrymore Show\u2019 in February, the mum-of-two broke down in tears while talking about how her daughters \u201cdidn\u2019t sign up for\u201d a life of scrutiny. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cDon\u2019t f*** with my kids. This is not OK.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nBut she has said \u201cco-parenting\u201d with her ex Will Kopelman has \u201cnever been better\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nDrew added on her talk show: \u201cAlthough we might not be married anymore, and he\u2019s even married with his beautiful new wife Allie (Michler), our wonderful stepmother, we\u2019re in a daily engagement and our relationship has never been better. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cWe should champion our exes \u2013 and you don\u2019t have to be best friends, especially if they have a new person in their life.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDrew and Will split in 2016 after four years of marriage, and before that the actress was married to comedian Tom Green, 52, from 2001 to 2002 and Jeremy Thomas from 1994 to 1995.<\/p>\n
\nShe was only 19 when she married then-31-year-old British bar owner Jeremy, and their marriage lasted only 19 days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
