Jessica Biel<\/strong><\/a> is just like Us \u2014 except when she\u2019s interrupted during an at-home workout by husband Justin Timberlake<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Biel, 41, gave fans an inside look at her recent \u201ckiller Pilates abs series\u201d routine via Instagram<\/a> on Sunday, August 6, featuring special guest Timberlake, 42.<\/p>\n \u201cGuess who it is?\u201d Biel teased in the clip as Timberlake\u2019s sneakers came into frame. The Candy<\/em> star then joked she has \u201cabs of steel\u201d after Timberlake gave her a tap to her stomach with his toe while Biel continued to do crunches.<\/p>\n Biel took a brief break from the intensive exercise to tell the camera, \u201cThat was my man.\u201d The Cruel Summer<\/em><\/a> actress had a big grin on her face after Timberlake left the room.<\/p>\n \u201cHave fun y\u2019all,\u201d she quipped, imploring her followers to try the workout. Throughout the video, Biel used a med ball and moved nonstop as Olivia Rodrigo<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s \u201cVampire\u201d played in the background.<\/p>\n Biel\u2019s fitness upload is just another way she\u2019s included fans in her and Timberlake\u2019s home life as of late. Earlier this summer, Biel honored her husband on Father\u2019s Day with a sweet Instagram tribute.<\/p>\n \u201cMajor love to all the Daddy\u2019s out there today!\u201d she captioned a series of snaps of Timberlake and their two sons, Silas, 8, and Phineas, 2<\/a>, in June. \u201cAnd to one, very near and dear to us, who loves us for who we are no matter how many times we interrupt the sports, the sleep, the silence or the sanity. We love you and your tender heart more than we can say. Happy Father\u2019s Day, baby!\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cSexyBack\u201d singer replied in the comments: \u201cMy greatest gifts!!! \ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude0d.\u201d<\/p>\n The celebratory post included a photo of Biel and Timberlake\u2019s boys as they watched a TV show together. A second picture showed Timberlake throwing Silas up in the air<\/a> during a trip to the beach, while a third featured the musician carrying Phineas in the snow.<\/p>\n Earlier that month, Biel shared her fears for her growing boys, telling Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> she\u2019s \u201cdevastatingly nervous\u201d about them becoming teens.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s hard being a kid. I tell my 8-year-old that all the time,\u201d Biel said in June. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Dude, it\u2019s hard being 8. I get it.\u2019 And then I\u2019m gonna help him see that it\u2019s hard being 41. He\u2019s just looking at me like, \u2018What? You don\u2019t matter.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n While Biel has reservations about her sons\u2019 futures, she and Timberlake<\/a> have already proven they can weather any storm following a bump in their relationship in November 2019. At the time, Timberlake raised eyebrows when he was spotted drunkenly holding Palmer<\/em> costar Alisha Wainwright<\/strong>\u2018s hand<\/a> in New Orleans.<\/p>\n Timberlake publicly apologized in December 2019<\/a> to his \u201camazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation\u201d via a lengthy social media post.<\/p>\n As the controversy blew over, the couple decided to move out of Los Angeles and settle down in Tennessee.<\/p>\n \u201cThey both prefer the country life. It\u2019s great for the boys because they have so much space and freedom,\u201d a source exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> in August 2021, noting that Biel and Timberlake also own a place in Montana. \u201cIt\u2019s been really good for them.
