Daisy Jones & the Six<\/em> actress Riley Keough<\/a><\/strong> has been named the sole trustee and heir of her late mother Lisa Marie Presley\u2019s estate, which includes Graceland, the former Memphis home of her music legend grandfather, Elvis Presley<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Deadline<\/a> reported the outcome of Friday\u2019s hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court.<\/p>\n

Lisa Marie\u2019s mother, Priscilla Presley<\/a><\/strong>, Elvis\u2019 ex-wife and former business manager Barry Siegel<\/strong> will no longer be co-trustees of the estate.<\/p>\n

Keough, 34, will also oversee sub-trusts for her two younger half-siblings, 14-year-old twins Harper<\/strong> and Finley Lockwood<\/strong>, as part of the legal arrangement.<\/p>\n

Priscilla, 78, will be paid as a special adviser to the trust and allowed to be buried at Graceland when she dies.<\/p>\n

She will be the sub-trust trustee for her son \u2014 Lisa Marie\u2019s 36-year-old half-brother, Navarone Garibaldi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe settlement is in the best interests of minors Harper Lockwood and Finley Lockwood, and confirm that Michael Lockwood<\/strong>\u2018s signature on their behalf, as Guardian Ad Litem, is valid and binding,\u201d Judge Lynn H. Scaduto wrote in court documents.<\/p>\n

According to legal documents obtained by People<\/a><\/em>, Keough\u2019s lawyer Justin Gold wrote that the trust money \u201cwill be safeguarded and invested in a manner consistent with the needs of the beneficiaries, and not influenced by the desires of a trustee,\u201d about Harper and Finley as the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

Earlier in June, Priscilla shared how proud Elvis would be of settling with Keough.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy daughter\u2019s passing was both devastating and heartbreaking,\u201d Priscilla wrote, according to People<\/a><\/em>. \u201cWe have learned that the fans realize that we are \u2018Just a Family.\u2019 Elvis would be proud and his and Lisa\u2019s wishes are what are most important to all of us.\u201d<\/p>\n
