The Jersey Shore<\/strong><\/a><\/em> gang is back!<\/p>\n Mike \u201cThe Situation\u201d Sorrentino<\/strong><\/a>, Nicole \u201cSnooki\u201d Polizzi<\/strong><\/a>, Jenni \u201cJWoww\u201d Farley<\/strong><\/a>, Vinny Guadagnino<\/strong><\/a>, Pauly D<\/strong><\/a>, Angelina Pivarnick<\/strong><\/a>, Deena Cortese<\/strong><\/a>, and Sammi Giancola<\/strong><\/a> stepped out for the premiere party for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation<\/em><\/strong> on Wednesday (August 2) held at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York City.<\/p>\n While walking the red carpet with wife Lauren<\/strong><\/a>, Mike<\/strong>, 41, opened up about staying sober while filming.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI sometimes like think about it, and I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh my god, like, I can\u2019t believe I\u2019ve come so far.\u2019 And then I look in the mirror, and I\u2019m like, \u2018Wow, I\u2019m just a tough son of a bitch,\u2019\u201d Mike <\/strong>said with a laugh while chatting with Entertainment Tonight<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cI mean there are always temptations, but when you have the secret sauce, when you have the blueprint of what\u2019s working, you never fall away from that, you know?\u201d Mike<\/strong> continued. \u201cYou stick to what\u2019s working, and what\u2019s working for me is God and family.\u201d<\/p>\n Mike<\/strong>, who has been sober for almost eight years, said that he was \u201csaved\u201d by his \u201cbeautiful wife.\u201d He and Lauren<\/strong> have been married since 2018 and share two kids \u2013 son Romeo<\/strong>, 2, and daughter Bella<\/strong>, 18 months.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m a dad first, I\u2019m a husband first, my sobriety [comes] first. And sometimes, when I\u2019m dealing with the cast and those type of those situations, it\u2019s not easy,\u201d Mike<\/strong> explained. \u201cI\u2019m also trying to entertain millions, so it\u2019s a very fine line I have to walk sometimes. [But] I\u2019m a champion of addiction today. And I wear that on my sleeve.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cI\u2019m eight years clean and sober in December, a dad of two adorable babies and married five years and in a happy, healthy marriage.
