Erika Jayne<\/strong><\/a> is shedding light on how she\u2019s shedding pounds \u2014 and shutting down speculation that she\u2019s used Ozempic<\/a> to speed up the process.<\/p>\n Jayne, 52, was a guest on the Tuesday, August 1, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/a>,<\/em> showing off her slim figure in a black tank top and matching pants. When host Andy Cohen<\/strong><\/a> quipped that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a> star was \u201clooking like a whisper of herself,\u201d Jayne addressed her weight loss.<\/p>\n \u201cYes, I did come down in weight and I did it hormonally,\u201d she claimed, to which Cohen, 55, teased, \u201cNot Ozempic-ally?\u201d<\/p>\n Jayne said that \u201cgoing through menopause\u201d was the root cause \u2014 but fellow WWHL<\/em> guest Jackie Hoffman<\/strong><\/a> was skeptical. \u201cWho loses weight in menopause?\u201d the Feud<\/em> alum, 62, wondered.<\/p>\n Despite Hoffman and Cohen\u2019s disbelief, Jayne asserted that her weight loss was natural<\/a>. She also pointed out that she didn\u2019t want the discussion about body image to \u201ctrigger anybody\u201d at home. \u201cWe have this conversation in Beverly Hills and we have a cast member with an eating disorder,\u201d she said, referring to costar Crystal Kung Minkoff<\/strong><\/a>, who has been candid about her struggle with bulimia<\/a>.<\/p>\n Jayne has been noticeably trim this summer \u2014 and she isn\u2019t the only Housewife to spark Ozempic speculation<\/a>. Kyle Richards<\/strong><\/a> has frequently denied using the drug, which is intended for patients with type 2 diabetes<\/a>.<\/p>\n After putting her abs on display in a January selfie, the 54-year-old shut down accusations<\/a> about her transformation. \u201cI have never tried ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery. I did have a breast reduction in May. I\u2019m honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off sister \ud83d\ude18,\u201d she replied to a fan\u2019s Instagram comment.<\/p>\n Four months later, she doubled down on her denial<\/a>. \u201cI can say that I have never tried [Ozempic] and I have never taken it,\u201d she told Page Six<\/em> in May. \u201cI\u2019m not on any weight loss drug. If you know me, you know I have terrible anxiety so that would scare me to death. I have never, ever ever taken it.\u201d<\/p>\n Richards threw shade Jayne\u2019s way at the time. \u201cI don\u2019t know about Erika, I have no idea, but I\u2019m wondering why don\u2019t people talk about her enough, she\u2019s way skinnier than me,\u201d she hinted. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Why are people talking about me?\u2019 I\u2019m so confused because she\u2019s really lost a lot of weight.\u201d<\/p>\n As the public conversation surrounding Ozempic<\/a> continued, Richards made estranged husband Mauricio Umansky<\/strong><\/a> the butt of the joke. Umansky, 53, shared a ripped gym selfie via Instagram in July \u2014 weeks after the twosome announced their separation<\/a> \u2014 and Richards was quick to praise the thirst trap.<\/p>\n \u201cMust be the Ozempic \ud83d\ude1c\ud83e\udd23,\u201d Richards teased in the comments section, to which Umansky replied, \u201c@kylerichards18 \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02 must be.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
