Braunwyn Windham-Burke<\/strong><\/a> is gearing up for her wedding to fianc\u00e9e Jennifer Spinner<\/strong> \u2013 and no one will be left off the guest list.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cYes, Sean will be invited,\u201d a source exclusively tells Us Weekly<\/em> of the Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em> <\/a>alum\u2019s plans to invite her ex-husband, Sean Burke<\/a>,<\/strong> to the nuptials, which will take place \u201cover three days on a lake at a farm retreat in Tennessee,\u201d where she and Spinner currently reside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The theme of the ceremony, which is being planned by Spinner\u2019s sister, Nikki, will be a \u201cqueer hoedown, complete with drag queen performers and gay country music stars,\u201d the insider notes to Us<\/em>, adding, \u201cThere will be ATV rides, cotton candy machines and BBQ and guests will sleep in bunkbeds and lodging set up on the farm.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cBraunwyn and Jennifer are excited to celebrate their love<\/a>, especially in the south where so much divisiveness about queerness has been occurring,\u201d the source continues. \u201cThey\u2019re looking forward to celebrating not only themselves but the LGBTQ+ community.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Windham-Burke, 45, who came out as a lesbian in late 2020, got engaged to Spinner earlier this month<\/a>. \u201cToday is one year since I met the love of my life,\u201d Spinner wrote via Instagram on July 15. \u201cToday is also the day that @braunwynwindhamburke asked me to marry her and, of course, I said \u2018hell yes.\u2019\u201d The couple later told\u00a0Extra<\/em>\u00a0that they\u2019ve already settled on a wedding date: October 19, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThey\u2019ve been doing a lot of traveling in the south and spending a lot of time meeting people with differing views and ideas and trying to come to a commonplace,\u201d the insider tells Us<\/em> of the duo settling into their new Southern digs. \u201cAnd so much has been an acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community. They want to normalize queerness and they love a good party<\/a>.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n While Windham-Burke may currently be on cloud nine with her fianc\u00e9e, she recently made headlines regarding her divorce from Burke, 56, which is not yet finalized. The twosome tied the knot in 2000 and went on to\u00a0welcome seven kids<\/a>:\u00a0Bella, 22, Rowan, 21, Jacob, 18, twins Caden and Curren, 10, Koa, 8, and Hazel, 5.\u00a0They called it quits in 2020 and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Us<\/em><\/span>\u00a0confirmed in October 2022 that Windham-Burke filed for divorce after 23 years of marriage<\/a>. The former reality TV star cited \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for their split.<\/span><\/p>\n On Friday, July 26, Windham-Burke filed documents to withhold $11,000 per month<\/a> from Burke\u2019s salary. Per a previous court-ordered stipulation, Burke owes his ex $6,000 per month in child support and $5,000 per month in spousal support.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAt the end of the day, Braunwyn is simply asking for what the court ordered to be followed, which is currently not happening on Sean\u2019s end,\u201d a second insider exclusively told\u00a0<\/span>Us<\/em> earlier this week<\/span>. \u201cSean is not providing the full monetary amount that has been ordered by the court.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n According to court docs obtained by<\/span>\u00a0<\/i>Us<\/span><\/em>, Burke is currently employed at a company called Economic Transfer Strategies. In an earlier filing, Windham-Burke claimed that her estranged husband \u201cstopped providing any support\u201d for her and their four minor children.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI have relied on [Sean] for all financial security since I was 20 years old,\u201d Windham-Burke wrote in December 2022 court docs<\/a>, claiming that she couldn\u2019t offer \u201cbasic living expenses [or] expenses for our children\u201d at the time. \u201cI have relied on [Sean] to make all financial decisions for 23 years, and I have effectively<\/span>\u00a0been kept in the dark regarding the true extent of our business interests and assets.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n In April 2022, the exes agreed that Burke would pay $11,000 per month to Windham-Burke beginning on May 1. The decision specified that Burke\u2019s $5,000 spousal support payments would last \u201cuntil the death of either party, the remarriage of the Petitioner or further order of court.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
