Hermann has continued his role as Trevor Langan to Hargitay\u2019s Olivia Benson throughout the series\u2019 run, popping in from time-to-time as their offscreen romance thrived.<\/p>\n Two years after their wedding, the pair welcomed son August in June 2006 and later adopted daughter Amaya and son Andrew<\/a> in 2011.<\/p>\n Not only do fans admire Hargitay\u2019s marriage to Hermann<\/a>, but they also ship her SVU<\/em> character with Christopher Meloni<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s alter ego Elliot Stabler, who is Benson\u2019s former partner.<\/p>\n After the trio were jokingly referred to as one of the most \u201cprogressive marriages in Hollywood,\u201d the Blue Bloods<\/em> star noted on E!
