Tristan Thompson\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> younger brother Dishawn Thompson<\/strong><\/a> seemingly accused the Kardashians of using his mother Andrea Thompson\u2019s<\/a> death for less than admirable reasons.<\/p>\n \u201cDeath for a story line,\u201d Dishawn, 28, wrote via his Instagram Stories on Thursday, July 27, according to screengrabs posted by Page Six<\/em><\/a>. \u201cDon\u2019t believe everything you see or hear on social media 95% is a lie.\u201d<\/p>\n While Dishawn didn\u2019t elaborate further, his post came just hours after the season 3 finale of The Kardashians<\/em><\/a> aired on Hulu. The episode followed Tristan, 31, and the famous family as they dealt with Andrea\u2019s passing. (Andrea died in January at age 53 after suffering a heart attack in her Toronto home. In addition to Tristan and Dishawn, she also shared sons Daniel and Amari with husband Trevor Thompson<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n \u201cTristan found out that his mom had had a heart attack. It shook up his entire world. So of course we drop everything and we go to Toronto. It\u2019s not even a question, I\u2019ll be there,\u201d Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> explained on Thursday\u2019s episode.<\/p>\n Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 who shares daughter True, 5, and a son, 12 months<\/a>, with Tristan \u2014 added that the NBA player was leaning on her while he dealt with his mom\u2019s estate and\u00a0figured out her<\/span>\u00a0life insurance policy. She also agreed to let Tristan and 16-year-old Amari, who suffers from epilepsy, live with her after the athlete\u2019s roof caved in.<\/p>\n \u201cTristan has a house that he is doing construction on and renovating<\/a>. He was able to live there during renovations but we had crazy weather for California, like extreme rain. Tristan\u2019s roof caved in on his home and caused flooding,\u201d Khlo\u00e9, 39,\u00a0said\u00a0<\/span>during the finale. \u201cSo Tristan and [his youngest brother] Amari are staying at my house now until his home gets fixed.\u201d<\/p>\n She added: \u201cI\u2019m grateful that I\u2019m strong enough and brave enough to be a support system<\/a> for someone else that has no other support system right now.\u201d<\/p>\n Khlo\u00e9 and Tristan have made headlines for their on-and-off relationship since they began dating in 2016.\u00a0\u00a0Following\u00a0Tristan\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0paternity lawsuit with Maralee Nichols<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 the fitness model gave birth to their son, Theo, in December 2022 \u2014\u00a0he and Khlo\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0called it quits for good. While the duo may no longer be linked romantically, Khlo\u00e9 has remained in Tristan\u2019s corner \u2014 especially as he\u00a0grappled<\/span>\u00a0with Andrea\u2019s passing.<\/p>\n \u201cKhlo\u00e9 loves Tristan\u2019s brother Amari and she has every intention of being there to help care for him every step of the way. Khlo\u00e9 has a heart of gold<\/a>, and she feels like it\u2019s the very least she can do after the tragic loss of their mom,\u201d an insider exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in February about Khlo\u00e9\u2019s bond with Tristan\u2019s youngest sibling. \u201cKhlo\u00e9 knows how tough it is losing a parent and she has such a maternal nature about her.
