Whitney Port<\/strong><\/a> addressed concerns about her weight after her husband, Tim Rosenman<\/strong><\/a>, told her he was \u201cworried\u201d about her health.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve gotten a lot of comments about looking too thin,\u201d the Hills<\/em> alum<\/a>, 38, wrote via her Instagram Story on Monday, July 24. \u201cAt first, it didn\u2019t bother me. I chalked it up to people not knowing what my diet looks like. But Timmy brought it to my attention, as a good husband should, and said it\u2019s not just something strangers are spewing. He has been worried about me.\u201d<\/p>\n Port went on to say that she had to spend some time trying \u201cto figure out what has been happening\u201d because she hadn\u2019t \u201cconsciously\u201d been thinking about her body.<\/p>\n \u201cI eat to live, not the other way around,\u201d she continued. \u201cBut after stepping on the scale, it hit me. It\u2019s not something I strive for. I always feel hungry but I just don\u2019t know what to eat. It\u2019s not how I want to look or feel though. My excuses are that I\u2019m too lazy to make feeding myself a priority or I\u2019m too picky when it comes to taste and quality.\u201d<\/p>\n Port concluded by saying that her current situation is \u201cunacceptable\u201d and she plans to make a change going forward, for the sake of herself and her family. \u201cI don\u2019t want to set an unhealthy example so I promised Timmy and I\u2019ll promise you that my health will be a priority,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n Port and Rosenman, 46, tied the knot in November 2015 after three years of dating. The duo became parents in July 2017 when they welcomed a baby boy, Sonny, now 5.<\/p>\n In 2021, Port revealed that she suffered a pregnancy loss<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m so sad to say this and some of you may have watched on our latest YouTube episode, but we lost the baby,\u201d she wrote via Instagram at the time. \u201cWe found out yesterday. I don\u2019t even really know what to say here. \u2026 I don\u2019t want to be insensitive by making light of it, but glass half full \u2014 I don\u2019t physically feel like complete s\u2013t anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n Days later, Port said she was feeling proud of her body<\/a> after her miscarriage. \u201cIs it a thirst trap if I\u2019m a mom?\u201d she captioned a bikini selfie shared via Instagram. \u201cAs women, we should always be proud of our bodies. Think about what we go through.\u201d<\/p>\n Port previously opened up about having two miscarriages in two years. \u201cMy identity has been shaken in regards to who as a mom and human being,\u201d she wrote via Instagram in July 2019 after her first pregnancy loss. \u201cI\u2019m currently in the process of learning to accept that my feelings are valid no matter what they are. Whether or not people feel the same way as me or not. They are my personal emotions that are the result from my own journey.\u201d<\/p>\n Less than two years later, Port told her followers that she and Rosenman lost another pregnancy<\/a>. \u201cTimmy and I weren\u2019t sure if we still wanted to put this out there,\u201d she wrote via Instagram in January 2021. \u201cI wasn\u2019t sure I wanted to relive the pain. However, this time around, I felt differently about the situation.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier this month, Port exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> that she and Rosenman are \u201cthinking seriously\u201d about surrogacy<\/a> after her miscarriages. \u201cI\u2019m still figuring things out and nothing is, like, 100 percent yet, and so it\u2019s one of those things where you\u2019re scared to put it out into the universe until you know what\u2019s happening,\u201d she explained. \u201cBut for me, like, I suffered from secondary infertility, and it has just been such a process both physically and mentally to get to that second baby.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
