\u2018The Hills\u2019 TV personality, 38, said her partner Tim Rosenman, 46, who she married in 2015, told her of his concerns while highlighting how her fans were spreading rumours online about her skinny frame \u2013 which she admitted is partly down to her unhealthy approach to eating. <\/p>\n
She said in an Instagram Story post about how it was time she addressed her weight: \u201cTimmy brought it to my attention, as a good husband should, and said it\u2019s not just something strangers are spewing. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe has been worried about me. <\/p>\n
\u201cI had to think about it and try to figure out what has been happening because it\u2019s not something I\u2019m consciously thinking about.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nWhitney added in her lengthy post that when she weighed herself it \u201chit\u201d her she has been setting an \u201cunhealthy example.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cI eat to live, not the other way around\u2026 I always feel hungry but I just don\u2019t know what to eat. It\u2019s not how I want to look or feel though.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nWhitney added she\u2019s \u201ctoo lazy to make feeding (herself) a priority,\u201d adding: \u201cI\u2019m too picky when it comes to taste and quality. Both are unacceptable.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nShe has now promised to make her health and eating properly a \u201cpriority\u201d in future. <\/p>\n
\nOne Instagram user had accused Whitney of achieving her abs by \u201cnot eating,\u201d with others accusing her of a \u201cstarvation\u201d diet. <\/p>\n
\nShe did not reply to comments at the time. <\/p>\n
\nIn 2010, the former reality star told OK! Magazine she would \u201cmonitor\u201d what she ate and, at one point in her life, stuck to only 1,000 calories a day. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201c(That\u2019s) as bad as it has ever gotten. It\u2019s hard to have that balance of wanting to look good but stay healthy. It\u2019s a push (and) pull.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nIn 2018, Whitney \u2013 who has six-year-old son Sonny with Tim and has suffered multiple miscarriages while trying to expand her family in recent years \u2013 stunned fans by admitting to never having tried pasta. <\/p>\n
\nShe said about an upcoming trip to Italy at the time: \u201cI think I\u2019m going to actually try pasta there. I feel like I have to, right?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
