LeBron James<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 eldest son, LeBron \u201cBronny\u201d James Jr.<\/a>, was recently hospitalized after suffering cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n The 18-year-old was rushed to the hospital<\/a> following a basketball workout at the University of Southern California on Monday, July 24. \u201cMedical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital,\u201d a spokesperson for the James family told TMZ<\/a> on Tuesday, July 25. \u201cHe is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update media when there is more information.\u201d<\/p>\n Bronny \u2014 whom LeBron and his wife, Savannah James<\/strong><\/a>, welcomed in October 2004 \u2014 is currently in his freshman year at USC and is a member of the school\u2019s basketball team. (The couple also share son Bryce, 16, and daughter Zhuri, 8<\/a>.)<\/p>\n The family\u2019s spokesperson continued: \u201cLeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes.\u201d<\/p>\n
