Sister Wives<\/em><\/a> star Antonio \u201cTony\u201d Padron<\/strong><\/a> opened up about his body transformation<\/a> after losing about 100 pounds in 10 months.<\/p>\n Padron, 28, shared photos of his progress via Instagram on Sunday, July 23, along with a chart graphing his weight loss since September 2022.<\/p>\n \u201cJust to drive the point home. Long term consistency is the only way to true weight loss,\u201d Padron \u2014 who is married to Kody<\/strong><\/a> and Christine Brown<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s daughter Mykelti<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 wrote. \u201cI remember at the beginning actually being worried and anxious about weighing myself. Worried that I wouldn\u2019t see any budge in weight difference. Worried that I would see too much progress and stop my new habits.\u201d<\/p>\n Padron went on to note that the graph doesn\u2019t show \u201ca dramatic drop\u201d because he worked hard to make lasting changes to his diet and workout routines. \u201cThrough making these long term habits I\u2019ve been able to sustain a healthier lifestyle,\u201d he explained. \u201cTaking the right supplements and keeping that gym life.\u201d<\/p>\n In a Notes app diary included with the post, Padron revealed that he\u2019s now down to 226.8 pounds from 320 in September 2022.<\/p>\n Padron has been married to Mykelti, 27 \u2014 with whom he shares daughter Avalon, 2, and twin sons Ace and Archer, 8 months \u2014 since 2016<\/a>. In addition to Mykelti, exes Kody, 54, and Christine, 51, are also the parents of Aspyn, 28, Paedon, 24, Gwendlyn, 21, Ysabel, 20, and Truely, 13. The former couple called it quits in November 2021<\/a> after 27 years of marriage.<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Mykelti opened up about her mom\u2019s split from her dad, noting that she doesn\u2019t think her dad will continue his plural marriage lifestyle. Kody is now only married to Robyn Brown<\/strong><\/a> following his splits from his other wives, Janelle Brown<\/strong><\/a> and Meri Brown<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cPart of that is because my dad and my moms aren\u2019t really part of the religion anymore either,\u201d Mykelti explained during an April video on her Patreon page. \u201cThe religion we grew up with, the Apostolic United Brethren, [is] where the polygamy base of faith and Mormonism kind of came from. They\u2019re not active in the church and they\u2019re not active in that religion or their beliefs in that church.\u201d<\/p>\n Padron agreed with his wife, saying he \u201cheavily\u201d doubts that Kody will find any other wives<\/a> after Robyn, 44. \u201cLike, super doubt it,\u201d he added. \u201cI\u2019m pretty 100 percent sure that\u2019s a no.\u201d<\/p>\n Christine, for her part, has since moved on with David Woolley<\/strong><\/a>. The duo got engaged in April<\/a> after less than one year of dating<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cDavid treats me like a queen and tells me I\u2019m beautiful everyday,\u201d Christine told Us Weekly<\/em> in a statement at the time. \u201cI\u2019ve never been in love like this before and the world seems like a brighter place with him in it.
