Academy Award-winning actor and singer Jamie Foxx said in an Instagram video on Friday evening that he is recovering from an undisclosed medical condition.<\/p>\n
\u201cI went to hell and back, and my road to recovery has some potholes as well, but I\u2019m coming back,\u201d Foxx said, looking gaunt and wearing a dark collared knit shirt.\u00a0<\/p>\n
