Missing his brother. While Prince Harry<\/strong><\/a> is happy about the release of his new memoir, Spare<\/em><\/a>, he\u2019s saddened that his relationship with brother Prince William<\/strong><\/a> is still fractured.<\/p>\n \u201cHarry is extremely relieved the book is finally out and that people can read his version of events for themselves,\u201d a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly<\/em>. \u201cIt makes him very sad that he and William are so at odds.\u201d<\/p>\n In his best-selling book, which hit bookstores on Tuesday, January 10, the Duke of Sussex, 38, opens up about his relationship with the Prince of Wales, 40, and how it\u2019s become strained over the years. In one excerpt, Harry recalls an alleged physical altercation<\/a> between him and William in 2019, where the Prince of Wales \u201cgrabbed\u201d him by the collar and broke his necklace<\/a> before knocking him \u201cto the floor.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n As Spare<\/em><\/a> made headlines over the past week for its intimate details<\/a> about the loss of his mother Princess Diana<\/a>, his and Meghan Markle<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s exit from the royal family<\/a> and intense arguments with his father and brother, the Invictus Games founder reiterated that he still hopes to reconcile with his family<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cForgiveness is 100 percent a possibility because I would like to get my father back. I would like to have my brother back,\u201d Harry said in an interview with ITV<\/a>, which aired on January 8. \u201cAt the moment, I don\u2019t recognize them, as much as they probably don\u2019t recognize me.\u201d<\/p>\n William, for his part, is \u201cabsolutely horrified\u201d by what was written about him<\/a> and his wife, Kate Middleton<\/strong><\/a>, a second insider\u00a0exclusively told Us<\/em><\/a> earlier this week.<\/p>\n \u201cHe doesn\u2019t even recognize his own brother anymore,\u201d the source revealed. \u201cHe wants to believe that there\u2019s still hope for peace down the line but it\u2019s hard. The fact Harry has been so rude and insulting towards him, his wife, his father and the monarchy as a whole is just terrible and he doesn\u2019t see how Harry can possibly come back into the fold in any capacity now.\u201d<\/p>\n King Charles III<\/strong><\/a>, meanwhile, \u201cis distraught\u201d over his youngest son\u2019s tell-all<\/a> and is \u201cangry and outraged that Harry\u2019s aired so many embarrassing and damaging assertions<\/a>\u201d about the royal family, the insider says.<\/p>\n
