Whoopi Goldberg<\/strong><\/a> had enough while her The View<\/em><\/a> cohosts argued over Miranda Lambert<\/strong><\/a> scolding her concertgoers about taking a selfie.<\/p>\n During the Hot Topics segment on the Tuesday, July 18, episode of the morning show, Sunny Hostin<\/strong><\/a> sided with the fans who upset Lambert, 39, for taking a group picture during her performance. Hostin, 54, retorted she was \u201cgoing to take as many selfies as I want if I paid $757 for tickets.\u201d Goldberg, 67, fired back in defense of Lambert.<\/p>\n \u201cYou know what? Stay home,\u201d Golberg said. \u201cIf you\u2019re going to spend $750 to come to my concert, then give me the respect of watching me while I do my thing, or don\u2019t come.\u201d<\/p>\n Hostin went on to explain she prefers to capture moments from concerts so she can relive the memories any time she wants. Goldberg stood up from her seat and told Hostin to \u201cTurn on the television, girl.\u201d<\/p>\n As Goldberg walked away from the table<\/a>, cohost Joy Behar<\/strong><\/a> asked the Oscar winner<\/a> where she was going.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m leaving y\u2019all!\u201d Goldberg quipped. \u201cI want to take a picture with this marvelous woman, who is 91. So, we\u2019re going to do a selfie. Just me and you. Will you push that button? We\u2019ll be right back.\u201d<\/p>\n Lambert made headlines on Monday, July 17, when a TikTok clip<\/a> of her calling out a group of fans<\/a> for taking selfies as she was singing her emotional ballad \u201cTin Man\u201d went viral. (The video is from her Saturday, July 15, show).\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m gonna stop right here for a second, I\u2019m sorry,\u201d she said into the mic after pausing the song. \u201cThese girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song. It\u2019s pissing me off a little bit. Sorry, I don\u2019t like it. At all.\u201d<\/p>\n While some fans cheered in response to Lambert\u2019s outburst, others were appalled by the moment and decided to leave the concert early. After the video went viral, one of the concertgoers who was called out by Lambert spoke out about the incident<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt felt like I was back at school with the teacher scolding me for doing something wrong and telling me to sit down back in my place,\u201d Adela Calin<\/strong> told NBC News<\/a> in an interview published on Monday. \u201cI feel like she was determined to make us look like we were young, immature, and vain.
