Ariana Grande<\/strong><\/a> and husband Dalton Gomez<\/strong><\/a> have separated after two years of marriage, Us Weekly<\/em> can confirm.<\/p>\n \u201cAriana and Dalton have been having some issues for months now,\u201d an insider exclusively says of the pop star, 30, and her husband, 27. \u201cThey were having issues before she left for Wicked<\/em> filming<\/a> [in London] that they couldn\u2019t resolve, and the distance did not help. They haven\u2019t been speaking and are separated, and a divorce is likely.\u201d<\/p>\n The relationship update comes days after Grande ditched her wedding ring at Wimbledon on Sunday<\/a>, July 16.<\/p>\n A second insider tells Us<\/em> that the duo\u2019s relationship had been thriving until earlier this year. \u201cThings had been going really well for Ariana and Dalton since they got married,\u201d the source says. \u201cBut unfortunately, they hit a rough patch a few months ago and haven\u2019t been able to recover.\u201d<\/p>\n Grande and Gomez made their relationship public<\/a> in February 2020 and got engaged<\/a> 10 months later.<\/p>\n \u201cAriana is beyond excited. She has really enjoyed getting to know and falling in love with Dalton out of the spotlight, something she didn\u2019t get to do in her past relationships,\u201d a source exclusively told Us<\/em>\u00a0in December 2020. \u201cThey are so in love and committed to spend the rest of their lives together.\u201d<\/p>\n Four months later, another insider added that Grande and Gomez were \u201cbeyond obsessed with each other\u201d and spent \u201calmost all their time\u201d together. \u201cHe loves to dote on her [and] he just makes her really happy,\u201d the source added<\/a> of Gomez in April 2020. \u201cAll of Ariana\u2019s friends and family love him for her.\u201d<\/p>\n Grande and Gomez tied the knot in May 2021<\/a> at an intimate ceremony held at her home in Montecito, California. \u201cThe room was so happy and full of love,\u201d Grande\u2019s rep said in a statement at the time. \u201cThe couple and both families couldn\u2019t be happier.\u201d<\/p>\n Grande was previously engaged<\/a> to\u00a0Pete Davidson<\/strong> <\/a>from June 2018 to October 2018.
