Catherine Zeta-Jones <\/b><\/a>and Michael Douglas <\/b><\/a>have been married for 25 years \u2014 but that doesn\u2019t mean the Welsh actress is combing through his new memoir, One Helluva Ride<\/i>.<\/p>\n

\u201cLook, I\u2019ve just finished Wednesday<\/i> season 3,\u201d Zeta-Jones, 57, said on the Thursday, October 8, episode of Today<\/i>, revealing that she has yet to read Douglas\u2019 book, which was released earlier this week. \u201cWe shot in Dublin for seven months and then I literally got on a RyanAir plane and landed in London, did all of the Kill Jackie <\/i>stuff. Then, I went to Spain and now I\u2019m here talking to you, Willie [Geist]<\/b>, <\/b>on the fabulous Today<\/i> show.\u201d<\/p>\n

Due to her busy work schedule, Zeta-Jones noted that she has \u201cno intention\u201d to even skim through her husband\u2019s memoir.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs much as I love my husband, when I\u2019m tired at night, I have no intention of reading about him \u2014 at all,\u201d she quipped. \u201cEveryone else should. The book is called One Helluva Ride<\/i>, and I think everyone should hold onto their cowboy hats because I think it is [a ride].\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cKathleen was smart, funny and sexy with a deep, sultry voice that became her signature,\u201d he wrote of Turner, 72, and their experience filming 1984\u2019s Romancing the Stone<\/i>. \u201cI instantly liked her, and we were immediately attracted to each other. \u2026 We found each other first as friends, then as costars, and finally, as lovers.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Douglas and Turner had long hid their brief romance<\/span><\/a>, he noted in the book that the fling came to an end when Luker brought son Cameron, then 5, to visit his dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter that visit, Kathleen and I ended things, and I went back to Diandra,\u201d he recalled in a passage. \u201cI did it for Cameron, but we shouldn\u2019t have gotten back together. After that first split, it was never the same between us ever again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eight years later, Douglas romanced Tripplehorn, 63, when they costared in 1992\u2019s Basic Instinct<\/i>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe truth is, I fell very hard for Jeanne<\/span><\/a> despite our nearly 20-year age difference,\u201d he wrote in another chapter. \u201cIn fact, I was ready to officially leave my wife for Jeanne. I was crazy about her. My relationship with Jeanne lasted through production, then we went our separate ways. I will always think of her as an amazing actress and a truly terrific woman that I was very fortunate to spend time with.\u201d<\/p>\n
