We\u2019re not sure.<\/p>\n<p>But part of Shakes\u2019 argument is that Hart has trashed his own reputation. And she believes that Sabbaq can testify to that effect.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DdR8nVUjxVY\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-this-ties-into-an-older-unresolved-lawsuit\">This ties into an older, unresolved lawsuit<\/h2>\n<p>Back in 2019, Montia Sabbaq <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2019\/09\/kevin-hart-sex-tape-partner-sues-actor-for-60-dollars-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sued Kevin Hart for $60 million<\/a> over his controversial 2017 sex tape.<\/p>\n<p>In the lawsuit, she accused him of filming her without her consent.<\/p>\n<p>Hart denied all wrongdoing in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Eventually, the case was dismissed \u2014 on technical grounds, as the lawsuit was brought \u201cin the wrong venue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This was in 2020, in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
