SHAME.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:4ewnpnebeh7zuk5pbardaxqz\/post\/3mwpdfrxtok2b?ref_src=embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[image or embed]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 FLAVOR FLAV \u23f0 (<a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:4ewnpnebeh7zuk5pbardaxqz?ref_src=embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@flavorflav.bsky.social<\/a>) <a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:4ewnpnebeh7zuk5pbardaxqz\/post\/3mwpdfrxtok2b?ref_src=embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">September 29, 2026 at 10:49 PM<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In a February 2025 email to Cornell University\u2019s Title IX office, Ingalls claimed that he was \u201csodomized by her while I was incapacitated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To be clear, it seems that he is accusing Jane Doe of nonconsensual acts (reading between the lines, maybe fingering him?) during her alleged gang rape.<\/p>\n<p>Ingalls accused Cornell of gender discrimination for failing to inform him of his rights under Cornell\u2019s sexual misconduct guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>If someone performs a nonconsensual sex act during sex \u2014 from removing a condom to choking to impact play to invading an orifice without permission, that is probably sexual assault. She believed them to be friends.<\/p>\n<p>According to her lawsuit, Doe was heavily intoxicated with alcohol, marijuana, and ketamine.<\/p>\n<p>Ingalls \u201cpopped the question\u201d (his phrasing) about a threesome, and then proceeded to invite other Chi Phi frat brothers.<\/p>\n<p>On Snapchat, he shared a photo of Doe \u2014 naked on a bed \u2014 while inviting other men to \u201cwalk in and whip it out.\u201d Even if the physical acts that Ingalls described took place, one wonders how he would argue in court that Doe \u2014 drugged and offered up to his fraternity brothers \u2014 was the predator.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bluesky-embed\" data-bluesky-uri=\"at:\/\/did:plc:uo2fna47c4v6zcnklxfhcvjb\/app.bsky.feed.post\/3mxazywwvwc25\" data-bluesky-cid=\"bafyreigmznam4jzxtjplte247kvhu4mcnvingy5lq3gsfeqygy2pjwa43a\" data-bluesky-embed-color-mode=\"dark\">\n<p lang=\"en\">You cannot convince me that frat brothers organically walked into separate police interviews using the same word, \u201cconsensual,\u201d and that it wasn\u2019t coordinated.<\/p>\n<p>Especially after a witness told police there was allegedly a fraternity meeting to get everyone \u201con the same page\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:uo2fna47c4v6zcnklxfhcvjb\/post\/3mxazywwvwc25?ref_src=embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[image or embed]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Christopher Webb (<a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:uo2fna47c4v6zcnklxfhcvjb?ref_src=embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@cwebbonline.com<\/a>) <a href=\"https:\/\/bsky.app\/profile\/did:plc:uo2fna47c4v6zcnklxfhcvjb\/post\/3mxazywwvwc25?ref_src=embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">October 6, 2026 at 11:48 PM<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jane Doe says that this was not a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/10\/accused-cornell-gang-rapist-claims-jane-doe-said-it-was-consensual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">consensual encounter<\/a>. Her memory of the incident fades in and out, and she became confused as to how so many men entered the room.<\/p>\n<p>She also sustained physical injuries, she described, prompting her to seek medical attention. <\/p>\n<p>Cornell expelled Ingalls and Newell after an internal investigation. Other participants received suspensions or <em>had to write essays<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, prosecutors say that the university withheld key elements of Jane Doe\u2019s testimony. Had they known at the time what she had described, they say, they would have pressed charges.<\/p>\n<p>The hands that fumbled this are no longer in control.
