Hayden Panettiere<\/a>‘s jewellery has already been sold off, according to her former fianc\u00e9 Wladimir Klitschko.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n

The former Heroes and Nashville actress tragically died on August 16 from an accidental overdose aged just 36, and now her ex – with whom she has 11-year-old daughter Kaya – has expressed concerns about the way her belongings have been handled since her death in a supplement filed with the Superior Court of California on Monday (05.10.26).<\/p>\n
Court documents viewed by Entertainment Weekly read: \u201cPetitioner is informed and believes that a non-family member previously connected to Hayden sold certain items belonging to Hayden, believed to include jewelry, to a pawn shop.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe pawn shop has declined to disclose specific item information without being contacted by law enforcement.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t<\/p>\n
“Absent such contact, there is a real and continuing risk that any remaining items, including jewelry, believed to belong to Hayden, will be sold, transferred or otherwise rendered unrecoverable.”<\/p>\n
\nLast month, the retired boxer requested temporary guardianship of Panettiere’s estate on behalf of their daughter.<\/p>\n
\nHis legal team have argued that someone needs to be in charge of the late Scream star’s estate so that he can get law enforcement to help investigate “the recovery of Hayden\u2019s property”.<\/p>\n
\nKlitschko noted that the current situation is “to the direct financial detriment of Kaya, Hayden’s sole intestate heir”.<\/p>\n
\nIn his original request, he argued that without action, he \u201cexpected the individual will continue to try and misappropriate property belonging to Hayden\u2019s Estate”.<\/p>\n
\nThe documents stressed that if Wladimir isn’t immediately appointed Kaya’s guardian, no one is able to “marshal, protect and account for the assets\u201d of Hayden’s estate.<\/p>\n
\nPanettiere’s ex has also accused those same individuals of having “accessed and destroyed” the late star’s emails.<\/p>\n
\nThe pair started dating in 2009 and, after a breakup in 2011, they would reunite in 2013 and get engaged that same year.<\/p>\n
\nIn December 2014, they welcomed daughter Kaya into the world, before splitting again in 2018, with their child moving to Ukraine before her father eventually gained full custody.<\/p>\n
\nPanettiere described the situation as “the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever, ever had to do”, although the pair remained “best friends”.<\/p>\n
\nIn May, just three months before her death, she told the On Purpose podcast: \u201cThere\u2019s not many people who know me in this world as well as he does.<\/p>\n
\n“And I know that we still have an incredible amount of love for each other. And most importantly, we have an incredible amount of respect for each other.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn a tribute to the actress following her death, Wladimir branded Hayden \u201can important part\u201d of his and his daughter\u2019s life.<\/p>\n
\nHe said in a statement: \u201cTo our daughter Kaya, I will always speak of her mother with respect and make sure she remembers the person she was.<\/p>\n
\n“I extend my deepest condolences to Hayden\u2019s parents, her friends, and her fans, who are also grieving today. Young and talented people like Hayden should not leave this world so soon.\u201d<\/p>\n
