Spider-Man: Brand New Day is finally coming to your home!

The blockbuster Marvel movie starring Tom Holland and Zendaya will become available to watch digitally on Tuesday (October 6), more than two months after it first hit theaters.

If you’re wondering where you can watch the movie at home and when it will be available on a streaming service like Netflix, we have all the details.

How can you watch Spider-Man: Brand New Day at home?

Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be available to buy or rent through major digital retailers beginning Tuesday (October 6).

Sony Pictures confirms that the movie will be available through Apple TV, Prime Video, Fandango and Sony Pictures Core.

The movie is currently available to pre-order ahead of Tuesday’s release.

If you’re planning to watch through Prime Video, you do not need an Amazon Prime membership to buy or rent the movie.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day will also come out on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD on December 15.

When will Spider-Man: Brand New Day be on Netflix?

There is not yet an official Netflix release date for Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

However, Netflix has the first U.S. pay-TV streaming rights to Sony Pictures’ theatrical movies following their theatrical and home entertainment releases. The deal specifically covers Sony’s movies featuring Marvel characters, including Spider-Man films.

That means Brand New Day is expected to eventually make its subscription streaming debut on Netflix in the United States, but Sony and Netflix have not announced when that will happen.

The October 6 release is for digital purchases and rentals, so the movie will not become available as part of a Netflix subscription on that date.

Sony and Netflix also announced a new global agreement earlier this year that will eventually make Netflix the exclusive first streaming home for Sony Pictures movies worldwide as individual territory rights become available.

Disney also has a deal with Sony for U.S. rights to its 2022-2026 theatrical releases after their first pay-TV window, meaning Brand New Day could later become available through one of Disney’s platforms after its Netflix window.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day also stars Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando and Mark Ruffalo.
