Kimberly J Brown<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her time with Debbie Reynolds<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 41-year-old actress and the late star played granddaughter and grandmother in the first three Halloweentown<\/strong><\/a><\/em> movies, which aired on Disney Channel. <\/p>\n

In a new interview, Kimberly<\/strong> shared that she learned “so much” from Debbie<\/strong> during their time working together, and revealed what the best lesson she learned was.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe imparted so much wisdom verbally, like with purpose, and also subconsciously,\u201d she told People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd one of the biggest things she taught me, or impressed upon me, I think, was that it\u2019s such a gift to be able to perform for people and make people happy through what you do,” Kimberly<\/strong> added. “And I think that really got impressed upon me at a young age, and so I\u2019ve tried to always remember that.\u201d <\/p>\n

Kimberly<\/strong> even said that while filming, she and Debbie <\/strong>would often have “giggling fits at 3 am,” noting her late co-star “just had the best personality.”<\/p>\n

“Anytime there needed to be more energy on set, she was the first one to step up and dance or tell jokes and get the energy going,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd she just always told such funny stories. Usually they were self-deprecating about her life or her marriages and her career. It was so awesome to see such a legendary, famous woman that had earned that status \u2014\u00a0 but you would never know it talking to her. She was the most down-to-earth and just loved everybody,\u201d\u00a0Kimberly<\/strong> remembered.<\/p>\n

If you recall, on the second movie, Kimberly<\/strong> met her co-star Daniel Kountz<\/strong><\/a>, who she reconnected with years later. They got married<\/a> in 2024!<\/p>\n
