Zach Bryan<\/strong><\/a> broke the Gillette Stadium attendance record while sporting a \u201cFree Palestine\u201d T-shirt<\/a> for the second night in a row.<\/p>\n

Bryan, 30, performed Friday, October 2, and Saturday, October 3, at the Robert Kraft<\/strong>-owned stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, with his second show garnering over 73,000 fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cTonight, Zach Bryan broke the Gillette Stadium attendance record with 73,538 fans!\u201d Gillette Stadium shared via Instagram<\/a> on Sunday, October 4, alongside several photos from Bryan\u2019s With Heaven On Tour<\/em> concert.<\/p>\n

However, followers in the comments section pointed out that the photos did not feature close-ups of Bryan\u2019s shirt nor the country singer\u2019s face.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tMembers of Zach Bryan\u2019s touring band joined the country singer in showing solidarity for the people in Gaza, the West Bank and those involved in the \u201cFree Palestine\u201d movement during his Friday, October 2, concert. Bryan, 30, wore a black T-shirt that read, \u201cFree Palestine,\u201d during his concert at Gillette Stadium in Boston. His drummer, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bryan\u2019s concerts at the stadium came after rapper Macklemore<\/strong> was dropped from Ed Sheeran<\/strong>\u2019s recent Loop Tour<\/em><\/a> last month over his pro-Palestine speeches during his opening act. The decision was made before Sheeran\u2019s planned shows at Gillette Stadium in late September.<\/p>\n

At the time, Macklemore alleged<\/a> that stadium owner Kraft \u201chad rallied some of the other stadium owners and collectively they gave him an ultimatum: if Macklemore stays on the tour, you will not be allowed to play in our venues.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kraft responded in a statement, \u201cGillette Stadium has a longstanding commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all guests and ensuring that events held at our venue do not provide a platform for hate speech. Based on Macklemore\u2019s recent actions, material shared from the stage during Ed Sheeran\u2019s shows in New Jersey, and a broader history of antisemitic rhetoric and imagery that we believe has been deeply offensive and hurtful to the Jewish community, we determined that his participation in the September 25th and 26th concerts at Gillette Stadium would cross that line.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sheeran addressed the controversy when he returned to the stage on September 19 in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
