Dakota Johnson<\/strong><\/a> got some support from her \u201cliteral therapist\u201d Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> as she dished the dirt about her famous exes on Saturday Night Live<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat else has happened since last time I hosted [in January 2024]? I went through two very public, very lame breakups with two very awesome musicians,\u201d Johnson, 37, teased during the Saturday, October 3, episode<\/a>. \u201cLooking for a third!\u201d<\/p>\n

The Verity<\/em> actress wasted little time in referencing her recent splits from Chris Martin<\/strong><\/a> and Role Model<\/strong><\/a>, joking that some of the musicians she dated \u201cdon\u2019t wear shoes\u201d and \u201care terrible in bed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut all of them [musicians] are in my DMs,\u201d she quipped to huge applause. \u201cIt\u2019s not my fault though. Some people leave concerts with merch and I leave concerts with a two-and-a-half year relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTaylor Swift is opening up about exactly what inspired her to write her new song \u201cPatient Zero.\u201d \u201cThe story behind me writing the song \u2018Patient Zero\u2019 is that I was hanging out with a bunch of friends, and one of my friends told us that she had been reached out to by the new girlfriend [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Johnson continued, \u201cI have really good friends. They don\u2019t judge me, they\u2019re really supportive.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift, 36, then showed up to concur that Johnson does have very \u201csupportive\u201d friends though the singer-songwriter drew a line when the SNL<\/em> host referred to her as her \u201cliteral therapist.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not your therapist, actually,\u201d Swift clarified. \u201cYou just show up once a week at my house with an empty bottle of wine and ask if I want some. And then you flop on my couch and overshare and every so often, I just say, \u2018Damn, that\u2019s crazy!’\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cCleveland\u201d singer added that most of Johnson\u2019s visits end with her drinking some Pedialyte before Swift\u2019s security team \u201cdrives [her] home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Johnson interjected, \u201cWhile we\u2019re on the subject of musicians, I think actually I\u2019m doing a public service by dating them because, ladies, I\u2019m saving you a lot of money on Zoloft. You\u2019re welcome, America! And also England. And parts of Ireland. And Cleveland, allegedly!\u201d<\/p>\n

At the mention of Cleveland, Swift jumped in with a \u201cwoo-woo\u201d cheer for husband Travis Kelce<\/strong>\u2018s hometown.<\/p>\n

Saturday\u2019s SNL<\/em> episode was particularly special for Johnson because she celebrated her birthday at the stroke of midnight on Sunday, October 4. Swift returned to the stage during the \u201cgoodnights\u201d segment to present Johnson with a birthday cake.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Johnson and Swift have been hanging out a lot lately. Johnson was in attendance at Swift and Kelce\u2019s July wedding at Madison Square Garden and then presented her friend with the first-ever Artist Director Honors at the MTV VMAs 2026.<\/p>\n

Johnson also starred opposite Colin Farrell<\/strong> in Swift\u2019s most recent directorial effort, her \u201cPatient Zero\u201d music video<\/a>, which premiered last Sunday, September 27, at the VMAs.<\/p>\n
