He told the reporter: “I hear s*** like that honestly first from people like you. I swear to God, I never heard that in my whole life.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n“I often hear rumours, and I think it\u2019s because, how many single [men]… some people gossip. Stuff gets made up. I don\u2019t really ever get set up, really …<\/p>\n
\n“But no, that’s not true.”<\/p>\n
\nBen insists he is in a “good place” since he and Lopez, 57, finalised their divorce in January 2025 after two years of marriage, <\/p>\n
\nThe Good Will Hunting star added: “I\u2019m good and I\u2019m happy. I know what my priorities are. You can\u2019t have two things that are the most important in your life. For me that\u2019s the kids. So that’s what that is.<\/p>\n
\n“And then I have my work, which I love. And, you know, I\u2019m where I\u2019m at, and I\u2019m great. Who knows what adventures life will bring? I\u2019m open to it, but I\u2019m not trying to chase anything.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nLopez is also in her “happy era” following her divorce from Ben.<\/p>\n
\nIn a preview of her interview on Nightline that was broadcast during ABC’s Good Morning America on March 11, the On the Floor hitmaker said: \u201cI\u2019m in my happy era. I think, for the first time in my life, I feel like I\u2019m free; I\u2019m on my own. And it feels really good.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI didn\u2019t really know what that felt like since I was in my early 20s – and even before that. I\u2019ve always had boyfriends. There was always someone in my life, and so many things that I felt like were out of my control.”<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI\u2019ve gotten to the point where I really trust myself and appreciate myself a little bit more, instead of being so hard on myself and always trying to prove myself.”<\/p>\n
