Halle Berry<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s ex Olivier Martinez<\/strong><\/a> is seeking a temporary restraining order against her while accusing the actress of abusing their 12-year-old son, Maceo.<\/p>\n According to court documents obtained by Us<\/em> on Thursday, October 1, Martinez, 60, filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order. Martinez claimed an alleged incident took place on September 26 between Maceo and Berry, 60. According to Martinez, Maceo called him asking to be picked up from Berry\u2019s home because she allegedly \u201cphysically attacked him and choked him.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhile on the phone with our son, I heard him panicking and heard [Berry] still yelling at him in the background,\u201d Martinez alleged. \u201cWhen I arrived [Berry] did not come out of the home but [her] partner assisted our son in carrying his back to my car.\u201d<\/p>\n Martinez claimed that Berry \u201ctexted\u201d him the following morning to apologize for the alleged incident.<\/p>\n \t\t<\/a><\/p>\n \n\t\t\tHalle Berry continues to assert that ex-husband Olivier Martinez is derailing their coparenting progress and court orders. In recently filed documents obtained by Us Weekly on Wednesday, September 4, the actress, 58, expressed her exacerbation and disappointment when it comes to her strained relationship with her ex in text messages revealed amid her bid for [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Martinez also claimed that this was not the first instance of alleged abuse between Maceo and Berry. He accused Berry of \u201cunprovokedly\u201d attacking Maceo, claiming she allegedly put him in \u201cchoke holds\u201d while she trained in \u201cmixed martial arts.\u201d<\/p>\n Maceo allegedly told his mother that he \u201chates\u201d it when she brings him into the training but Berry \u201cdownplayed the incidents.\u201d Maceo also allegedly told his father that he wanted to \u201ckick\u201d Berry\u2019s \u201cass\u201d the next time the alleged incident occurred but Martinez allegedly told him that \u201ca son should never fight his mother.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe way I was raised I believe that a physical fight between a mother and son should never happen, so I discouraged our son from escalating conflict with his mother to physical violence,\u201d Martinez claimed. \u201cUnfortunately this is exactly what happened this last Saturday, when [Maceo] had to physically fight off his mother to escape.\u201d<\/p>\n Martinez claimed that since the alleged altercation, Maceo does \u201cnot want to spend time\u201d at Berry\u2019s home and appears to be \u201ctraumatized from the incident.\u201d<\/p>\n Martinez requested a restraining order for himself and Maceo against Berry and asked that the exes\u2019 50-50 custody arrangement be temporarily changed to a \u201cno contact order.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI do not want to permanently sever the relationship between our son and [Berry] but I do not believe that they should be interacting with each other until [Berry] can take sufficient accountability for her actions,\u201d Martinez stated.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t
