Farrah Abraham had major jaw surgery.<\/p>\n<p>She had \u201ccustom jaws\u201d designed for her face and then implanted.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, Farrah\u2019s mouth has been wired shut.<\/p>\n<p>Before anyone celebrates, they should know that her reasons for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/05\/farrah-abraham-reveals-upcoming-face-surgery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer Abraham underwent double-disc jaw surgery last week.<\/p>\n<p>In the process, the \u201ccustom jaws\u201d that had been engineered to fit her face were implanted.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see from photos, the swelling is substantial and makes Farrah all but unrecognizable.<\/p>\n<p>Farrah has stitches on both sides of her face and even across her neck.<\/p>\n<p>For the next two months, she will have to be on a liquid diet and unable to speak \u2014 because her jaw has been wired shut.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bluesky-embed\" has a manager, Chrissy Johnston.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFarrah cannot speak because her jaw is wired shut, and her face is extremely swollen,\u201d Johnston explained to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.com\/tvshowbiz\/article-16168037\/Farrah-Abraham-unrecognizable-jaw-surgery.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Daily Mail<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s in a severe amount of pain and is really struggling,\u201d she detailed. \u201cBoth physically and mentally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Johnston, the surgery also resulted in Farrah having \u201clost hearing in her right ear.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Their hope, she added, is that her hearing \u201creturns to normal over time.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote didn\u2019t let having her jaw wired shut stop her from appearing on social media.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to sharing numerous articles about her swollen face, she also appeared on her daughter\u2019s page.<\/p>\n<p>During 17-year-old Sophia\u2019s TikTok Live, Farrah held up a whiteboard while showing a visibly swollen face.<\/p>\n<p>The text explained that she had \u201chad surgery\u201d and, as a result, \u201ccan\u2019t talk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Instagram, Farrah explained that she felt \u201clike Frankenstein right now.\u201d We can only assume that she is referring to Frankenstein\u2019s No matter how terrible of a person Farrah is, no one deserves that.<\/p>\n<p>She is suing Foppoli for an 8-figure sum in civil court.
