Off Campus<\/em><\/a>\u2019 Belmont Cameli<\/strong> has reacted to seeing Tyler Cameron<\/strong><\/a> perform his notorious on-screen salsa dance on Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did see that. And he killed it too,\u201d Cameli, 28, said during a Sunday, September 27, interview with Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> on the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards<\/a> red carpet. \u201cAnd the man looks good, and he gave full effort, and that\u2019s what I love, that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about. Tyler did fantastic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cameron, 33, performed<\/a> the Tuesday, September 22, live salsa to \u201cGirls\u201d by The Kid Laroi<\/strong>, which mirrored the song choice originally chosen by Off Campus<\/em> for its premiere season 1 episode in May. Cameron, who is competing with pro Sharna Burgess<\/strong> on season 35 of ABC\u2019s Dancing With the Stars<\/em>, received 16 out of 30 for the performance.<\/p>\n

Cameli, who stars alongside Ella Bright<\/strong> in the Prime Video romance drama series, added that he\u2019d also seen Cameron\u2019s fellow DWTS<\/em> contestant Guillermo Rodriguez<\/strong> have a go at the original choreography. \u201cI saw a video of Guillermo doing it, too, and Guillermo f***ing killed it,\u201d Cameli told the outlet. \u201cSexy little dance.\u201d<\/p>\n

News interview on Saturday, September 12. \u201cI mean, she\u2019s fantastic. She\u2019s an incredible actress, and she\u2019s [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cameli attended the VMAs alongside Bright, 19, posing for photos with her on the event\u2019s red carpet. Appearing friendly and giggling in each other\u2019s company, the appearance seemed to squash any lingering rumors of a feud<\/a>. (Social media users were convinced in recent weeks that Cameli deleted, or archived, multiple Instagram grid photos that featured Bright.)<\/p>\n

The pair even addressed the rumors during individual interviews with Entertainment Tonight<\/em>. \u201cI mean, I laugh every time I hear them,\u201d Cameli said. Bright added, \u201cAll the days I\u2019m on-set, we\u2019re, like, in the green room, and he\u2019s like, \u2018Have you seen this?\u2019 and I\u2019m like, \u2018LOL.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
