Dakota Johnson <\/b><\/a>admittedly has no interest in publicly addressing certain aspects about her life.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven if I go to dinner with my manager or my lawyer, it\u2019s like, \u2018Seen with mystery man.\u2019 I also don\u2019t care,\u201d Johnson, 36, said during the Friday, September 25, episode of Vogue<\/i>\u2019s \u201cThe Run-Through\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a>, stressing that she doesn\u2019t try to correct certain false narratives. \u201cI think it\u2019s just, kind of, futile.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cPeople are gonna believe what they wanna believe, and I don\u2019t have the energy to fight for that. I would much rather focus on other things in my life. Every day, there\u2019s something on the internet that\u2019s ridiculous and true or not true, and I don\u2019t care, like, get a life.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an effort to maintain her privacy, Johnson admitted to taking a purposeful step back from social media.<\/p>\n

\u201cMaybe when I was in my younger 20s, I had a moment of being on social media just for fun and laughs \u2019cause I love a clever thing,\u201d she said. \u201cBut, I just don\u2019t f*** with it. \u2026 I feel really uncomfortable with the constant documenting of people\u2019s lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her personal life, Johnson recently sparked a romance with Machine Gun Kelly <\/b>after they connected at their mutual friends Taylor Swift <\/b>and Travis Kelce<\/b>\u2019s star-studded wedding this summer.<\/p>\n
