Kris Jenner takes KUWTK home off the market<\/p>\n
The Kardashian family matriarch first listed the palatial property \u2013 which was the setting for the reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians – for $13.5 million in February 2025 but she has now taken it off the market, according to Realtor.com.<\/p>\n
This is not the first time Kris has appeared to change her mind about listing the home, as she previously briefly removed its listing in May before putting it back up for sale.<\/p>\n
A source told TMZ at the time that Kris was having second thoughts about whether to let go of such an important piece of her family’s reality TV legacy. <\/p>\n

The source added that Kris had spent “months … debating whether to keep it in the family as a long-term asset,” explaining that she “hesitated to move forward” with the sale because she “started reconsidering the bigger picture\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nKris bought the property with her former spouse, Caitlyn Jenner, in 2010 for $4 million and it features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.<\/p>\n
\nHowever, in 2015, they divorced after more than 20 years of marriage and a few months later, Caitlyn came out as transgender during an interview with ABC News’ Diane Sawyer.<\/p>\n
\nSpeaking to the New York Times, when the house originally went up for sale, Kris said: \u201cI\u2019ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I\u2019m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe house became a focal point of the KUWTK series, with Kris\u2019 daughters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner living there as teenagers, while Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian and Rob Kardashian frequently visited after moving out.<\/p>\n
\nHowever, the home is not to be confused with the separate property used for exterior shots of the Kardashians\u2019 reality show.<\/p>\n
\nBefore listing the house, Kris worked with celebrity interior designer Ryan Saghian to replace most of the furnishings with pieces from European luxury wholesaler Eichholtz. <\/p>\n
\nThe Christie\u2019s listing for the home described the property as \u201cthe epitome of luxury and elegance\u201d, highlighting its Mediterranean design and distinctive black-and-white checkerboard floor in the grand entrance hall.<\/p>\n
\nPhotographs by Wayne Ford showcased the estate\u2019s expansive grounds, which include a swimming pool, hot tub, and entertainment cabana equipped with a fireplace and television. <\/p>\n
\nThe primary suite, once used by Kris, features a private gym, spa-like bath, wet bar, and walk-out balcony overlooking 1.55 acres of land.<\/p>\n
\nResidents of the guard-gated community have access to a swim club, tennis courts and a barbecue centre. <\/p>\n
\nThe listing stated: \u201cLive like a star in this legendary estate where timeless elegance meets Hollywood prestige.\u201d<\/p>\n
