Margot Robbie<\/strong><\/a> is going by a different name.<\/p>\n

After nearly 10 years of marriage, the 36-year-old Oscar-nominated actress has now using her husband Tom Ackerley<\/strong><\/a>‘s last name.<\/p>\n

In the new business documents published by the U.K.\u2019s Companies House<\/a> for LuckyChap Entertainment, the production company she runs with her husband, Margot<\/strong> is listed as \u201cMargot Elise Ackerley.” In previous documentation, the Barbie <\/em>actress was listed as “Margot Elise Robbie.”<\/p>\n

As of 2018, it has been speculated that Margot<\/strong> may have taken her husband’s last name in her private life. According to The Daily Telegraph<\/a><\/em>, the Wuthering Heights<\/em> actress’ name was listed as “Margot Ackerley” on the seating chart for a friend’s wedding.<\/p>\n

Despite the name change, it’s believed that Margot <\/strong>will continue to use “Robbie” in her professional life. She was listed as “Margot Robbie” in the credits for Sterling Point<\/em>, the coming-of-age Prime Video series co-produces through LuckyChap Entertainment, which premiered on August 5.<\/p>\n

Margot<\/strong> and Tom<\/strong>, also 36, first met on the set of the World War II drama Suite Fran\u00e7aise<\/em>, in 2013. Margot<\/strong> played C\u00e9line Joseph in the movie while Tom<\/strong> was an assistant director. They started dating and founded LuckyChap Entertainment together a year later.<\/p>\n

They married in December 2016 in a private ceremony in her native Australia and welcomed their first child<\/a>, a son, October 2024. Last year, she shared some very rare comments about motherhood<\/a>!<\/p>\n
