width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>According to the filing, Ms. Doe disclosed \u201cmental health conditions\u201d to her legal team before the December 2024 filing.<\/p>\n<p>The original allegations, which she has now recanted, claim that Jay and Diddy raped her while an unnamed third celebrity watched.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no truth to any of my claims against Mr. Carter,\u201d she reiterated.<\/p>\n<p>Just to clear the air, she attested that she has received no \u201cfinancial compensation of any kind from Mr. Carter, or anyone acting on his behalf.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To be clear, however, the woman says that she was a victim of sexual violence \u2014 but not at the hands of Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s husband.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DLPj4nkIYm8\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; For example, someone who was preyed upon by a trusted relative might \u201cremember\u201d another person as the culprit, as part of the subconscious mind protecting itself.<\/p>\n<p>Another factor can, in rare cases, be fame or celebrity status. Accusing someone of sexual misconduct is rarely ruinous for the target (there are exceptions), but can easily ruin the life of the accuser.
